Duluth Denfeld opens the 2015-2016 season with Red Wing Friday November 27 at 5:15 and their second game Saturday November 28 at 12:15 against Bloomington Jefferson. Duluth East Boys start Saturday with Wayzata a top 10 rank team at 2:30. All games will be at the Duluth Heritage Sports Center.
Two events will happen during these games. Dr V George Nagobods noted sports physician who has served as team doctor for Olympic, college, professional hockey teams plus was the team doctor for the 1980 Miracle on Ice team will visit the Duluth Heritage Sports Center on November 27 and 28 to promote his new book. Dr Nagabods book Gold, Silver, Bronze an autobiography about his experience as a "hockey doc" will be available for sale at the DHSC on Friday Nov 27 from 6-9 and Sat Nov 28 2-5PM.
The Duluth East 1995 State Championship will be at the Heritage Center Saturday during the Duluth East vs. Wayzata game. So come down to the Heritage Center for some great High School Hockey an witness some history.
