Michigan Tech has a different attitude ever since Mel Pearson came over from Michigan after 23 years as an assistant coach. Coach Pearson who played at Tech during his college days played his High School Hockey at Edina in Minnesota. The mystery of the Gopher team was who could replace Patterson in the nets this year.
